Michael and Rebecca Mullin, Mortgage Consultant and Processor 

Mike's career in the mortgage industry began in 1990 as a loan officer with Sacramento Savings Bank in Sacramento, CA.  He went on tooriginate loans for Commerce Security Bank and Valley Financial and then opened his own office as a branch of First Priority Financial in Fair Oaks, CA in 1999.  Mike moved to Las Vegas in 2004 to open a mortgage company for Astoria Homes, a top-10 homebuilder in Las Vegas.  Deciding to move to a different climate with plentiful outdoor activities, the family made a move to beautiful Spokane, WA where he rejoined the First Prior Financial team.  Washington clients also know us as Lake Spokane Home Loans.

Mike has been married to his wife Rebecca for 18 years and they have a son and daughter, Kyle and Carly.  They currently live in Nine Mile Falls, WA where Rebecca has joined the First Priority Financial/Lake Spokane Home Loans team as a Loan Processor.  Our philosophy has always been about showing clients things they didn't know about money and mortgage so they can make smart decisions about their home loans.  In Mike's 18 years of experience, he has helped over 1100 families move into the home of their dreams or refinance an existing loan.  He educates his clients in a way that delivers valuable information about decisions for today and for the future - Michael and Rebecca Mullin
