Mike started his mortgage career in 1991 and has worked as a Mortgage Banker and Mortgage Broker. With these experiences in the different lending channels, he became proficient at understanding guidelines, problem solving, and working with underwriters. Rebecca joined Mike in 2007 after a career in Accounting and Internal Auditing. She developed a passion for educating clients while utilizing her attention to detail and creating a stress free loan experience.

They were married in Truckee, CA in 1990 after meeting at Sacramento State University where they both received a BS degree in Finance. In addition to working together they also enjoy traveling in their 5th wheel trailer and being in the outdoors hiking, kayaking, and snow shoeing. Mike has also had the privilege to volunteer with the Deschutes County Sheriff Search and Rescue team for the last 8 years.
